On June 25, 2026, I went to the Home Depot in Concord, NH to purchase a grill. After looking at the grills in the store, I decided to place my order online for in-store pickup while I went grocery shopping nearby. Unnecessarily rude staff. I had a very strange interaction at customer service with someone named Sophie. I'm in a great mood, it's Father's Day and I just came from playing golf. I walked in said hi with a smile on my face and asked about my order and was treated with rudeness. No real reason that I can think of. I was rudely told that my order wasn't ready.
