I called to enquire about renting a mini excavator or mini skid steer and was told I need a 2 inch ball, credit card and driver's licence. I get to the store with my Dodge Caravan and they tell me they only rent to people with a 1/2 ton pick up truck. Complete waste of my time.
Home Depot does not stand behind their product. Bought a washing machine and 1 month past warranty it now needs $700 in repairs. Will never shop at a Home Depot again
I had a bit of an issue today getting carpeting for my deck and the manager Ashley was absolutely amazing. She even helped me undo the role and fold it so I could fit it into my car. She was so friendly and helpful I can't say enough good things about it. Great staff, great store, excellent customer service!
