It's incredible how lazy the employees here are
I can't give a one star but the store is unorganized as compared to other home depot. Seems you can never find what you need as far as tools . Just aggravated so I will now deal with professional tool stores for my Dewalt tools
One of my 4 year old Ridgid tools fell apart and the warranty by Ridgid is only supported online within the U.S. I called the Home Depot in chatham to ask for help and they were very helpful in assisting me to resolve the warranty issue. After no help from the US Ridgid, The chatham store replaced my tool at no charge. The 5 stars is for the service I received from the very helpful and friendly staff. They definately were very professional.
