Horrible customer service. I asked for help finding an item and the worker agreed. Then half way through helping he just gave up and walked away. Then ordered an item for pickup at this location and they called me after taking my money and said they don’t have that item, so I asked them to bring it in for me and call me when it arrived. She refused this and said I have to order it online to my house.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Home Depot compared to the Brampton locations. The customer service here was far below expectations. During my visit, I interacted with Manpreet and Veeral, and unfortunately, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously.
