Had to get a house key made. Staff was exceptional in helping me to find the right blank and cutting the new key. Special shout out to Ms leslie Harvey, my key maker.
The associates I have interacted with at this store have generally been helpful and courteous. When I have needed an associate to assist with something specfic, I typically find the closest associate and ask them to call for someone to help me. They have always been helpful and made the call.
