Went in store today to purchase an interior 34x80 slab door. A gentleman helped us, but told us they didn't have any, even though it said they did online. We left, tried another store and they didn't have any. So when I got home I figured I'd try placing an online pickup order since it said there were 2 in stock. I did just that and an hour later 2 doors of that size were ready for me to pickup. I'm not sure why the gentleman told us they didn't have any, when clearly they did. He wasted our time. I'm not impressed.
Went out of my way to go to the Midland Home Depot tonight to grab these items after checking to make sure they had inventory on the website. I first went to grab the tack strips at the aisle and bay as indicated. I didn't see them or any spot for them so sent my wife to find someone to ask while I went to look for the sub floor. I got to the sub floor section and found the bay where they are located with the tag and it was empty.
