Who knew that they made stainless steel Tapcon fasteners!
Can’t stand the fact that all checkouts are now self checkouts with one person monitoring all self checkouts. No room at the self checkouts to place your items on the counter so you must work out of your cart! After spending my valuable time in the store to locate many items and now ready to purchase, make the checkout a fast friendly experience with an actual cashier. If this is the new norm, I will be going to a smaller customer friendly hardware store.
These guys are very slow. Especially, the guy who has shift at night. I went there as a truck driver. He always unload too slow. He really wasted my time. They never start unloading on time like when they have appointments.
LUKE is so helpful and so professional! Cant say enough great things about his knowledge and customer service!
