I had a wonderful experience at the pro deck. I ordered 73 bundles of Rockwool insulation for delivery. Rylee was professional, friendly and efficient at her job. My delivery got changed to another date and she called me to keep me informed. Customer service is important when scheduling work at job site. In my business I meet a lot of people. Only a few stand out from the crowd. Rylee is one of them. She should be manager of that store. A true leader and Home Depot is lucky to have her
I have a cottage in the area and come here maybe a dozen times during the summer. Every time it is always a pleasure. They always have an abundance of staff on and all of them are so friendly and helpful. I am always greeted with a Warm smile and asked if I need any help with anything. Good old fashioned customer service. Very well managed store and great employees. Well done and thank you!
