Called 3 times today at noon on a business day to inquire about a product - got hung up on without a single word all 3 times. This is poor work.

Marina came to do the measurements, took the full payment four days before installation, and never replied to my follow-ups. Just a typical salesperson move. One blind was the wrong type, I paid for blackout and another was stained. The installer, Bryan, tried to clean it and said he’d order the right blind and replace the stained one.
