Ordered wood flooring, still not here 5 days after delivery date. I called they said they're looking into it. You'll hear in 48 hrs. 48 hrs later still nothing. Called again, you need to wait another 48 hrs. BS!!!
10/10 worse experience ever buying appliances. Do not buy appliances at home depot. I bought a brand new gas stove that broke in less than 30 days. When I went to home depot the manager Jessica said it was not there problem and told me to call the appliance company. They would not listen or help in any way.
63 years old, 3 compressed vertebrae and 2 titanium disks in my neck. They called to have someone help load 6 10 foot sheets of sheet rock. Nobody helped. This is a poorly run store. I said before I'd never shop here, then, like an idiot I went back. This place im grand rapids doesn't care about their customers. Poor management.
