For the most part I've loved shopping at this store. The cashiers are on point and the floor people know what their talking about. One of the managers, Kim, really has the respect of her team and the customers as well. The reason for the 3 stars is that there is one "manager" there that is polar opposite of Kim. I have seen and experienced first hand how condescending and rude he can be to the customers and the members of his team. Kim will talk to the team and train / teach.
