Jeff Blue and the people at the Coldwater Home Depot are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. BUT they have one HUGE PROBLEM. The appliance delivery people from Detroit are NOT good at their jobs. The turn and walk away if you have a question. The Detroit Maytag delivery people are apparently looking for an excuse to get out of work. The employees were great! We had multiple employees greet us and offer us help.
Do not hire THD to install windows and doors at your home. Horrible experience from the lack of knowledge from the sales rep, to the bad measurements taken (nothing fit) to the incompetent installers THD hired to rip my house apart! It's been over 3 years since I first placed my order. THD remeasured at least 3 times because nothing was ordered right the first time. Installed and ripped out windows 2 times.
