No help available whatsoever, item had no tag and they expected me to go take a picture so that I could scan it in myself. I guess if you know what you need, where it is, and how to operate their checkout system for them it's a great place to stop. I just don't think 1 sheet of plywood should be that difficult to purchase.
Phone service when I called it rang 31 times before someone picked it up to tell me it was Home Depot then put me on hold for another seven minutes. More help should be hired to answer telephones.
This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.
