If I could give a negative star rating, I would. I ordered a power cord online, received notice HD had shipped it, supposed to be delivered July 21. I don't have it, instead I was told to contact HD and they told me it's been shipped, but Fed Ex doesn't have it. They don't know where it is or when I will receive it. You don't even know what you're shipping or where you shipped It. Do better!! After all, it's a $200 cord!!! Quit using my money for your benefit.
