July 2025: Unfortunately, not much has improved. We returned to the Home Depot in Park City to pick up paint for my wife’s home office. There were two associates at the paint desk, and it felt like our request for 5 gallons of paint was a major inconvenience. One associate in particular, the gentleman with the beard, seemed genuinely annoyed by our questions and offered little help. Always nice
Really disappointed with Home Depot at this location. Went to pick up an online order (interior door) and got to customer service only to see they were completely understaffed so of course there was significant wait (~25 min). The one person working had called for the manager but that person never showed. Finally after getting up there I was told my order was at the other end of the store, but no one is there to get it.
