Rich (Richie) was a massive help this evening. He was personable, kind, funny and very upbeat considering he mentioned he was handling a few different departments and it was close to closing time. He helped us find a patch for our screen that we needed and also gave some great tips on how to replace the screen when we’re ready.
Help is spotty, and usually unknowledable. They seem to have everything but what you need. Still the best source for lumber and frustration
