There was a snafu with an online order, the third party that delivers the orders grabbed the wrong paint, and delivered it. I had no idea, and before I could even put paint on the wall, Luke R. got a hold of me and let me know about the mix up. With a newborn and a busy schedule, I couldn't get to the store yo exchange it. Luke did everything possible to make it right the man not only refunded the delivery fee, but took time out of his own busy day to personally deliver and exchange the correct paint. Deb was absolutely fantastic. Pointed me right to where I needed to go, saw that I probably could use a cart instead of hauling 2 huge bags of soil on my shoulders, and just made my day by being a pleasant person. Deb, you rock.
