Had to look for employees. When I asked where things were, they acted like it was a bother. Employees past me as I loaded things onto a cart. Not one asked if I needed help. When I checked out, I told the girl I needed help loading. I ended up loading it myself because no one ever showed up. My wife in her dress ended up helping me. This place needs MANAGEMENT!!! I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!
Shoutout to Alexis for going above and beyond, and doing everyone else's job while Ana, supervisors and the managers are hiding doing God knows what. Poor guy doesn't get enough recognition that he deserves. Wish people would work as hard as him; be as professional as him, and as sweet as him. Kudos Alex!
We ordered a washer and dryer and they said it could be delivered to the third floor. The delivery guy didn’t ring the bell and just marked that they were unable to deliver. After calling they couldn’t guarantee that it could be delivered with no elevator but they still wanted to reschedule the delivery. The manager tried to help us but they didn’t have any other option to deliver to us. Called Abt and they took care of it right away for the same price and had it all done in under an hour.
