Dear lord what an awful experience today was. My wife and I came in to purchase a washing machine. We had to wait over an hour for what is apparently the sole appliance associate. In this hour in the hellish abyss that was the appliance section. We watched 6 employees watch one other employee operate the stores "shiny new forklift." This would have been frustrating enough, but once the salesperson did finally arrive. They were very sarcastic about the wait time.
