I don’t know his last name but Joe was absolutely amazing, give this man a raise, Best customer service I’ve ever seen. We showed up from Homer with 30 minutes before they closed and had issues with the Home Depot credit card, Joe stayed on the line with customer service trying to help us figure it out right down to the last minute. Not all hero’s wear capes but my man Joe definitely deserves one. 👍🏼
Ordered a stove said it would be here 2 weeks later max then had to wait a month after that for it to finally arrive and they sent me the complete wrong stove and all that was said is that I can bring it back and return it they woudnt pick it up or even give me a discount or anything when they are the ones that messed up your job isn’t that hard do it right
