Home Depot replaced the mom & Pop hardware stores, giving better prices & great services. Now prices skyrocketed and services are very limited . The floor personnel can't assist customers that much, because most of them don't have the proper training needed to help customers. I don't blame the floor workers, they want to work, but some type of training will help. As of today 9/10/26, nothing have improved. We the people got DOUBLE CROSS ❌❌ JUST LIKE DONALD TRUMP the SHISTER HAVE DONE TO THE COUNTRY.

Update 8/26 Pretty much exactly the same. The one thing i will say that has changed is the employees are much friendly and helpful now compared to before. The HD in Brewster is a better store. It's your basic home depot. Nothing special. Inside is kept pretty clean. Has a good selection but stuff is usually cluttered around or put in the way. Outside the plants always look half dead unless they just came in. Prices are okay. Good deals when you can find them. This store has gotten better since the Lowe's opened on rt 202 so ... read more
