Mohegan lake location, seems nice, had the part needed, self pay,.didn't interact with any staff, place seemed clean and is conveniently located.

5 stars to the regular every day workers at Home Depot who could help me. The 1 star is only for the store manager James. He has no customer service skills. Was clearly irritated before he came over to me. Incredibly insincere and not open to finding ways to help. When he finally does and I say “why didn’t you recommend that before I asked” his reply “it’s semantics.” Yes, knowingly leaving details out to find someone who can actually help me is just semantics.
