Hi yea I bought a hub space light from home depot and it is starting to work like a donkey on a stick and I am not returning it. You guys have much work to do.
Absolutely unacceptable experience. I waited over 40 minutes for a forklift operator to help me with a large item, and no one ever showed up. I asked multiple staff members and got zero response or action. The lack of communication and customer service is shocking. If you’re buying anything that requires assistance, good luck — you’re on your own. Do better, Home Depot.
