Issue with HD corporate. Not local staff. Beware that for truck rental, in addition to DL and proof of insurance, you must also do CLEAR authentication, scanning licence and selfie with a smartphone with Internet access (this was not mentioned on the contract). However, after many tries by me and staff, and despite success acknowledgements for all scans, it would not go through and finally locked us out, requiring a three hour wait if we wanted to re-try (for which I did not have the time). Walked in to buy a refrigerator this evening. Spent 10 mins opening doors and checking out what I wanted. Narrowed it down to extra dryer with water and ice dispenser. NO SALES PERSON TO HELP PURCHASE. There was a guy on his computer who didn't even address us as we walked past him. Guess computer was more important than sales. Said something to the lady by the check out and she agrees it was a shame there was no one back in appliances tonight. Will be looking at Lowes and PC Richard.
Attempted to get paint waited for about 15 minutes while a man came in and out of the paint department never once stopped to help me and there was a gaggle of employees just talking. The store is absolutely horrendous. Cost themselves a paint sale and a plant sale went right to Lowe’s

One can get anything for DIY projects and repairs. Helpful, knowledgeable staff. They will tell you about other stores that carry what you want but can't find exactly what you need
