Great selection, very helpful We've been doing some home remodeling and have made many trips to this store. They have a huge selection of items, and we've always been able to find what we were looking for. It is a big store, and at first it seems like you won't be able to find things. There are always employees asking if we need help, and they have all been very knowledgeable in answering our questions. They've helped carry large items to the car also. Home Improvement We love this store. They have a huge selection of items. We our washer and dryer from them and the only draw back was the wait time for delivery...If you are looking for something specific you will find it here. They are a little high priced but the quality is good so it makes up for it..
installed carpet We have had good experiences here. We hired them to install 3 bedrooms of carpet and they did a great job! They sent enough people to do it right, they were in and out pretty quickly.
Home Depot is the worst professional services experience I've ever had. I have recently contracted Home Depot to install windows and Blinds, This has been nothing but a headache, I was told it will take approximately 2 weeks to get the windows measured, ordered and scheduled to install. It has now been 4 weeks and they still have not ordered my windows, they are supposedly coming out to measure again sometime this week, though I have no idea when, I've not been contacted with a date and/or time.
