Always have what I need.
Pleasantly surprised for a big box store, employees are helpful. Only problems I’ve had are with the online purchases, and the staff at this store make the mistakes right from online mistakes. Store gets a 5, online gets a 4.
Do not use this Home Depot for Pro purchases. The Pro Desk is now no good. We use to love this Home Depot until Yevone left. Every order with her never had any issues. Once she left, all the salespersons we deal with mess our orders up. Most recently we ordered insulation a month in advance and then they weren’t going to deliver it. We had to arrange our own pickup. After much discussion we did get a delivery refund and an inconvenience refund. (This would have satisfied us) But a month after we left the project they deliver... read more
