I had a scheduled appointment with a kitchen cabinet designer at the Neptune, NJ Home Depot design dept to discuss countertops. I received a confirmation of that appointment. I arrived at the store only to find out the designer wasn’t in. No one called to cancel nor was anyone else able to help. The lady who scheduled the appointment was very short with me & said she was too busy & I can see a manager. Why Pro costumer parking spots are permanently occupied by HD workers????
Went to home depot today with my niece needed help with some light bulbs, and some questions about my light fixture actually didn't feel like walking all the way back up to the front of the store so I called them the lady was very nice. I said, could somebody please come back and help me she said right away, I heard her call over the loudspeaker and about 10 minutes later, nobody came so we asked another sales person, and of course they said they would get somebody and no one ever came.
