This 5 star is for Brenda who helped me to get a price drop of a product from $1049 to $755. Brenda called the customer center on behalf of me and talked to them for almost 20 minutes to get the price drop applied. 0-star is for the store manager who were not helpful at all. She just asked me to call the customer center.

I’ve been coming to this home depot for years. Always had a normal, pleasant experience. Today, as per usual, I went to self checkout and had a staff member follow me to the register and he took my items to ring up himself as if I couldn’t be trusted to ring them up myself. I did not see him do this to anyone else around me. Very weird and uncomfortable experience. Felt like I was being profiled.
