Horrible service!! DO NOT purchase any kind of instalation from them!! I purchased a garage door opener with instalation. It's been months!!! No one answers the phone. No one responds to any inquiries! No one has any kind of help or answer! People at the store claim they are also having trouble reaching out to the instal technician. How can that possibly be? HORRIBLE SERVICE! We purchased a garage door opener from them. We were told someone would reach out within two weeks to schedule an instal. Someone reach out over two weeks and hastily told my wife that he didn't have a lot of availability and he would call us back. He never did. We were given a number to call at Home Depot to help, Joni. I called and spoke to her and she said she would help and get back to us.
