Actually had several offers of help from employees. Nice.
Very helpful employees. Bought a 60 pound pressure washer and was taking it to our car and a very polite young man saw us elderly people and immediately offered to load it for us. Wish I would gotten his name because he was just entering the store as if he was coming in to work.
The third-party shipping service, AAA Cooper, left an exterior door at the bottom of my driveway, on the street. We invested a significant amount in several exterior doors from Home Depot. Although we were at home during the delivery, no one knocked on our door. The driveway measures 200 feet in length. The door was supposed to be delivered to the garage door, not left on the street at the bottom of the driveway. This situation is unacceptable.
