I knew it was late walking in to the store at 8:45 p.m. but to have every employee i came in contact with tell me the store was closing at 9 p.m. was not necessary, and to have it announced 4 times in 8 minutes was not necessary either the last announcement the store associate said "the store is closing in 5 minutes" which meant it was 8:55 p.m., correct, well that was not true my receipt time stamped at 8:53 p.m. so they where rushing everyone out. They tend to have a good selection at a good price but not always the most knowledgeable people. Yesterday, however, we were helped by several employees who were very knowledgeable and helped us make a big decision. Then, we were helped at customer service with the purchase and delivery arrangements. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond expectations.

Only reason for a four star is the lady at the customer service desk made us stand there and wait without acknowledging us when when we just had one item to return. Everyone else was nice and helpful. Store was clean. Got a little flustered when the wire we needed was locked up, But someone walked by and was able to help us.
