I was at Home Depot purchasing several bales of wheat straw and had an issue getting the loaded. I went inside and spoke with the Store Manager (Derrick) about what happened, and I have to say — he was outstanding. You can tell he’s “old-school,” the kind of manager who still believes customer service matters. He listened, apologized, and made it clear he truly cares about his customers and the experience they have in his store. Once we found an associate who knew wherebto direct us, we were in and out in a short period with the items we came to purchase. The associates who did know where to direct us were very helpful and courteous.
Good place to shop , just still don’t have enough cashiers ? Only registers that were open was the self checkouts - wanted to shop there not be employed. Over all not bad but I always enter with the mindset to not need associates for any assistance.
