This Home Depot is good but there's one customer service agent by the name of "Mee" who is extremely difficult to work with. If you're picking up an order she won't work with you in terms of its description. And then she can be rude in terms of transactions. They definitely need to get somebody better in that position. It's so inconvenient if you're driving a long distance to pick something up and you have the option to have what you're picking up described but the person who's doing the customer service doesn't want to work... read more
