Rented a small trailer through the website. Arrived early this morning to pick it up and it was snowed in. Poor guy at the counter had to lay in the ice and snow to get the wheel lock/ boot off it. We had to drag it out of the snow with my vehicle. We also had to shovel out the bed of the trailer so it was safe to use. Mike saved the day and did everything possible to get me out of the store in a decent amount of time.
