1 Star – Very Disappointed With Home Depot in Downingtown, PA I purchased a Rheem water heater from Home Depot in Downingtown, PA, which came with a 6-year warranty. After only about 4 years, the water heater started leaking and failed. The most frustrating part is that, even though the water heater is still within the stated 6-year warranty period, I was told that it would not be replaced and that I would have to purchase a new water heater. Bought a GE fridge which we attempted to purchase (and sent back) with another company, and Cameron had us in and out in 20 minutes while still being very thorough, which made us feel confident about our purchase. A WAY better experience than we had with Costco. Will be back for more appliances.
