My family had to come to this location after an item we ordered through instacart was delivered. The item was not able to be used on toilets and that's what we needed it for. We, my husband our 4 year old daughter and I, came to this store to return the item and purchase what we needed. The young man at customer service was great helping us, as well as an older woman but MIKE was another story. He is the customer service attendant, he comes over and says, 'Its clearly been open!'
