Employees here are useless and completely unwilling to help.
Not big on reviews, but had to write something after calling into the store. I ordered a pack of screws online, the wrong pack showed up, and I learned from Home Depot customer service that had to call the store where it came from. The woman who answered was extremely rude and ended up hanging up with abruptly . I’m not sure why I was just calling in to try to get a refund and said I couldn’t come back to the store because they shipped me the item and I wasn’t interested in driving back to return and then they delivered that... read more
