The online ordering and pick-up process at this store is extremely frustrating. The manager, Tammy, was very rude to both me and the employees, exhibiting one of the worst attitudes I have ever encountered in a manager. I can't believe she is considered the best choice for that position. She wrongly accused me of canceling my order. I recommend driving to the Jupiter location, where my experience was much more positive.
