Maybe it's just a slow day, but the staff was absurdly friendly and helpful - just kidding, they always are!
No trailer parking anywhere. When I park in the contractor loading area I’m told to “not park there next time”. Definitely not a contractor friendly Home Depot. I don’t know what I expected in Mount pleasant but the Lowe’s has never told me that.
I strongly discourage anyone from renting equipment from here. The people seem like they are trying, but the system is poorly managed. I made a reservation online and paid the $500 deposit. When I arrived to pick up the equipment the reservation was somehow fulfilled before the reservation period was even supposed to start. I was forced to make a new reservation and put another $500 deposit down. I was assured the situation would be resolved and my card would be refunded. It wasn't so I went back to the store. Best Home Depot I’ve ever been too. Plenty of the kid’s car carts, clean restrooms, friendly people, and great vibes overall. Super nice on the outside. Highly recommend!
I came in with a problem to solve in some plumbing and tubing issues and Nicholas, who is working today was superbly helpful! Great attitude, very cordial, had some great ideas and super laid-back as well. Excellent customer service and definitely hope that every employee can strive to demonstrate the same qualities that makes him such a great employee.
