Very unhelpful and rude staff
DO NOT BUY WINDOWS FROM HOME DEPOT. I bought new Windows in April 2026. The installation was a nightmare, with workers who showed up late in the afternoon and wanted to work later into the evening. I had these windows installed in May 2026, and since then, I have encountered numerous problems. Many of the windows are difficult to open or close, there is water seeping in, and the locking mechanisms either break or pop off unexpectedly. These windows are truly subpar.
