The staff member I dealt with was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. When I asked to speak with the manager, hoping for a resolution, the manager completely took the employee's side without even trying to understand the situation. It is clear that Home Depot's hiring process and employee training are a total joke. This store does not care about customer satisfaction or basic respect.
