We came into to buy a new grill. We couldn't be happier with the customer service from Holly at the front end of the store. She truly went above & beyond to help us find the perfect grill that fit our needs. We left feeling really good about our service. Thanks again Holly. Denny & Lynette

We bought appliances from West Lebanon HD we are have the hardest time with delivery. First time thy lost one item on their loading dock the second time the driver wouldn’t even try to come up the driveway and was totally obnoxious! When I call HD the “assistant manager” implied it was my fault and yelled at me! Please give extra thought to HD free delivery I still don’t have everything we purchased and I’m out about $600
the woman that helped us was Soo helpful & knowledgeable, and polite, very impressed. I was Soo happy that you had what I needed. many thanks Ashley, (14 1/2) year veteran at home depot!☺💗
I made an online order and was charge almost $80.00 for express shipping to the house. After almost a month, calling three times, and an attitude from an employee I ended up canceling my order as was not made aware of any reason of why I had not seen my order. After three calls no one had even scheduled my order for delivery, $900.00 order and it was not worth their time.

Drove 45 minutes to finish a project tonight......HD decided to close an hour early for a Christmas Party. Thanks, you couldn't figure out a way to keep normal hours.
