Because you guys don't provide a place to provide feedback for my delivery experience, I will do it here. My delivery was canceled on the day of delivery with 4 hours left in the all-day window. We had taken a PTO day to be available for this delivery, and when I called to find out more information, I was given the runaround by the delivery manager who said she would find out what the issue was and call me back.
