Tried to order carpet to be installed, but was only ignored and never contacted after the measure. Once I called, got promised to have a call back, called again a couple days later, finally got a call back, and after wasting 3 weeks, I am told my timeline of having it done in the next 3 weeks is impossible. Understandable, but wish I could have found this out without wasting 3 weeks of run around just to get even a ballpark on install dates beyond the fast turn around promised by the website.
