I always use their pick up option and its really great.
Can’t seem to ever get anything right when it comes to Home Despot. Absolutely worthless when it comes to deliveries, good luck, but you also can’t pick it up in store so you’re basically out of luck. Called the corporate customer service only to be hung up on after being on hold for twenty minutes… the epitome of poor management, poor customer service, poor employees and the absolute worst communication.
