I went to Lowe's to buy a DeWalt XR Drill that was listed at $149 . I was on hold for almost an hour , dealt with a person in the tool department who didn't want to do his job and a manager who refused to honor the online price which is false advertisement . I then went to Home Depot in Vero Beach and immediately had very quick and amazing customer service . Kristin and Dimitrius were extremely helpful and bent over backwards. This is the 3rd time I’ve had to waste more than 1 hour circling back to this store to make an exchange. The customer service/stockers never seem to check returns before they go back on the shelves. I bought a 5 piece epoxy floor coating kit and once I get back to the site and open it, there’s only 2 of the 5 pieces included. I called customer service to explain the issue. The lady on the phone cut me off, wouldn’t let me finish speaking, and transferred me out to the paint dept where, of course, they couldn’t help with that... read more
