I purchased 12 2 cu. ft. bags of Kellog organic garden soil this afternoon. 2 employees brought the bags out to my truck on a flat cart and loaded them into my truck. I asked if I could give them a small tip to show my appreciation for their help . Solana and Gracie politely refused as it is against store policy. I do want to commend them for their customer services.

Paid 50$ for same days shipping just to mess up a customers schedule because the manager and the associates that claim to be managers can’t figure out where my package is
Some prices are outrageous. Basic house keys are $5. They should be $2. Very friendly employees.
