I stopped at Home Depot in Huntington to get a houseplant as a gift. I don’t know anything about Home Depot or plants. I asked the first associate I saw in the garden center and he was not helpful at all so I went inside and asked. The associate that helped me was Ryan and he was super helpful. He went out of his way to help me. He turned a negative experience into a positive one.
James the manager is the man! I brought my jammed paper shredder in and asked for his help. He was so kind and willing to help me! He took the whole thing apart right there in the store and was able to get the paper out. He didn’t have to do this but he was so determined to help me. Highly recommend shopping here! Great manager!
