Extremely slow customer service. Took over an hour to buy a washer and dryer
There are literally like 3 contractor carts for the whole store, they’re impossible to find there and I see tons contractors with Sheetrock and lumber on shopping carts

Friendly customer service, clean store, large parking lot that is well-lit, and clean as well. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful when finding and selecting products. No issues with online ordering and pick up. No issues when purchasing in store. Return policy is well-accepted. Prices are comparable, if not better than Lowe's by 1 or 2 percent.
