I'm in the store right now, i was looking at shelving when one of the orange apron workers walked past me and just ask me if I needed help. I explained is that I was looking for something that I did not see on the shelf. He used this scanner and located the item. Can you ask me if I would mind waiting twenty minutes, but only ten minutes later he had found someone that could operate the forklift, closed the aisle and carried the item to my cart. Friendly customer service, clean store, large parking lot that is well-lit, and clean as well. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful when finding and selecting products. No issues with online ordering and pick up. No issues when purchasing in store. Return policy is well-accepted. Prices are comparable, if not better than Lowe's by 1 or 2 percent.
