Can be difficult to get help at times. Employees kinda wander but youll pass quite a few before anyone offers help it seems.
Be aware when you buy large appliances as little to no support if any issues at all. Sending you straight to manufacturer after only a 48 hour return policy is a joke. Even though delay was caused by Home Depot themselves as did not supply the proper hoses I requested when purchased and delivery. (Even BestBuy has a 14 day return policy on large appliances and Lowes alot longer than 48 hours as well.) The manufacturer has no repair part and tries to send me back to BestBuy for return. I don't go here often because we had a Lowe's first and thus I'm more familiar with that store. I go to Lowe's first and if I don't get what I want then I go to Home Depot. Unlike Lowe's, Home depot employees almost always ask if they can help and either take me to the product or take me to someone who is an expert in that area. Highly recommend.
