I am so disappointed by the service I got. Bought a storm door and had them install it. Hadn't had it long when the cylinder froze. Went to store and they said it under warranty and we would a replacement in a few days. 2 weeks later and nothing. Finally I called Anderson doors and the confirmation that replacement is in the mail from them. The store here had done nothing. I think the service stinks. After all I've bought from them.
Young man in the garden center remembered us from a previous visit. Welcomed us back. That's the kind of service we dont see anymore. Great Job!!
