I will never in my life use a home depot again. We ordered a fridge and asked for a driveway porch drop-off. Figured we could get it in the house ourselves fine. The way our house works is, we have a back of the house driveway, and the front of our house is atop a pretty steep hill with no driveway whatsoever ever. We assumed the driver would use common sense and take it to our back driveway. But nope, the dropped it off the bottom of the stairs and called it a porch drop off. Stores nice, but didn't have what I needed.
Extremely disappointing experience at this Home Depot. I ordered security cameras online, only to get a text shortly after that my order was canceled because they were supposedly out of stock. I called the store, and the employee told me people steal those cameras, so the inventory must be off. She then told me where to find them in the store. Sure enough—they were locked up in a case. How can people steal them if they’re locked up? And more importantly, why didn’t anyone even bother to look before canceling my order? I coun... read more
