Plenty of employees to help me locate the hardware I needed. Very friendly.
Great customer service. Was asked at least half a dozen times by various employees if the could help me find something and even leading me exactly what I needed.
I bought a new house in April. With it I also purchased a new washer and dryer from Home Depot. I had an Lg wash tower at my old house and wanted to have the same washing and drying machine at the new house. Move in day came and went- the washer was delivered and I paid to have it installed. They didn’t install it though I did- they simply dropped it off and I had to put all the hoses and dryer hose on myself. Then I ran the washing machine and it was leaking. The service sucks at this location…. Can’t answer questions and then they walk off!
We live in Florida but happened to be in Davenport Iowa. We’re looking for a large tool chest to order and have delivered when we return home. We had the best customer service from Felix that anyone could ask for. He went above and beyond , answered a million questions and looked up every combination of tool chests that Home Depot sells. He is simply the best. I felt like I should have tipped him for exceptional service. Best Home Depot experience ever.
