Worst Homedepot to try to get assistance with large or heavy items. Everyone is lazy and no one offers help or assistance. Multiple trips were made for concrete and 16ft boards in a 4 month span this 2026 summer. Men with aprons will walk right past you without offering assistance. Their employees do the bare minimum but nobody really goes above and beyond or cares whether or not the people getting material actually need the help. Just ask at least. We asked for help with 17 sheets of drywall and there were “no lumber associates” available to help. We had a very hard time loading the cart as well as loading the truck despite the sign right in the front of our car that said “ask an associate to help load,” when there were at least 4 standing at the front waiting for the store to close. Yes, it was 9:30 when we asked but the hours state the store does not close until 10 PM but the associates definitely chose to finish working before the store was closed for the day. After 6 years, this is our go to for lawn and home care. I wish they would fix the check out situation. The only decent place to check out is at one end of the store. The lawn center only has 2 checkouts. At the height of spring, that isn't enough. Why can't there be another set of self checkouts by the center main entrance?
