Adam B, the sale rep was so helpful! I lived in York city, which has a Home Depot and 2 Lowe’s. However I drive over 30 mins just to go to this store. Because I was so impressed by the helpful service, kind, and attentive of Adam. So often, when I go to the store most rep kinda brush you off, or just not caring. The staff are always helpful. However the inventory is less than the York store. So depending on what I need I do change stores when necessary. This remains the same after 30+ days from my first review.
Good service good products
I tryed to purchase a santa sled and 3 reen deer for a month. Stood in line this morning for 2 hours for stone to open and needed to be first. The item was a display item with no boxes and no instruction's and was scuffed up . Also was loading the anler on one of the deer won't stay in .I need to duct tape to fix. It's the only one they have .I think there should be a discount for no boxe's no instruction's and bad antler and scupped up product. I love your store and spend alot of money there.
