I have called the Terrell store 5 times and finally gave up. The first person couldn’t answer my question apparently but he did attempt to transfer me several times and I was on hold forever. I called back and remained on hold until I had to leave for work. This was horrible customer phone service in my opinion! Taking my business elsewhere in the future!
