Not one to leave reviews, but wanted to shout out Nicole and Larry at the Dahlonega store. Had an issue with a delivery reschedule and they both reached out to me to resolve the problem and make sure I was taken care of. Great customer service over there.
Rating 0...My sister bought a gas stove there, she called a local gas company to come hook up the stove.. one of the ignitors was broken and couldnt be hooked up without repair...and when she called Home Depot, they would not send anyone to fix and proceeded to even say she bought as is no warranty, nothing was mentioned to her and even the sales person Kyle admitted to that error. They basically sold her a stove that needed repairs, probably to get rid of it and again sales person admitted his error, so she has a stove sitt... read more
My experience today at home, depot was absolutely great.The shipping and receiving person who helped me was named Drew and he is awesome.You all need to give him a raise.
