Website is ABSOLUTELY HORRID. I have two locations near me (in two different directions of course). Was trying to shop for appliances & bathroom vanities & shower doors for gutted bathroom; so, spending a chunk of money. Don't expect to save time on their website! 😕
Horrible customer service. I've been searching all over for a refrigerator. According to their site, there is not one refrigerator available for purchase at any location near me. Then I try to call and see if there is even anything on display to look at and order, can't even get someone from the kitchen department to answer. Sat on the phone for 10min ringing and ringing. Sent back to the front desk 4 times. Big box stores have completely quit caring about customers.
