I had the WORST EXPERIENCE with this location and supposedly the lady manager on shift at the customer service yesterday at 4pm. Itâ??s customer service is at all time LOW. I ordered a wall heater which turned out to be a lemon so I purchased a second one right away from them just so I donâ??t have to wait and pay again for my installer. So now I tried to return the first one for store credit and they refused even though they had promised me over the phone the day earlier that I will have no problem with getting a store cr... read more
