Experienced the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time from a business and as a self employed individual providing the right information, communication and service is all crucial. Customer service could definitely be better. It seems like you're bothering them when you need wood cut or other assistance. Prices are better than Lowe's, but they lack good ol' customer service!
The employees and Derrick the manager were all great!
