It's a home Depot, but the people that work in customer service are some of the nastiest people I've ever met. I was not grumpy or demanding anything I was simply trying to figure out how to get the warranty on my truck batteries. They acted like I was offending them with my questions and was unintelligent because I didn't understand their policy. If you have any issues with returns GOOD LUCK!
