Go to another HD or Lowes – The more money I have spent at this store, the worse the service has become. DO NOT buy anything through "Special Services." I have had the worst experience time after time. When bringing the issue to the attention of mgmt, i get cheap talk. 20 minutes to return 1 item. Over 3 hours to have them pull a special order out of the stock room. Are you kidding?
