I placed an online order on November 9th for a folding workbench. The Home Depot web site said that I would receive it at my home by November 15th. It was never shipped. The order status remained at “Processing”. I then initiated a chat session with a customer support representative. That chat representative could not give me an explanation for the delay. Horrible customer service, lazy, indifferent employees that look like they would rather be somewhere else. Too lazy to count the cash in the self checkout machines, so they close them early every night . A horrible experience, clearly no real management oversight, local or regional. Just terrible
