service and prices and returns at Home Depot The service is horrible. On a weekend or a busy time of day you can wait a half hour for someone to help you. Their prices are reasonable. Don't ever go on a weekend in the middle of the day to retun an item or you will be there all day. Sometimes there are more then ten people on the return line with only one employee taking care of everyone
