I visited this store to look at barn doors and was immediately greeted at customer service by a charming gentleman named Frank. He pointed me in the direction of the product I was looking for. As I looked at the doors there was no one back there, or they were busy. But along came a forklift, he was picking something up..but HE STOPPED to see if I needed help.
